What to do when somebody dies

If death occurs at home:

Telephone the doctor, who will visit to confirm that the patient has died. Contact Daniel Robinson & Sons. We will call to remove the deceased any time at your request and convenience. We will then either visit you at home, or you can call at our office, to discuss the funeral arrangements and advise you of registration procedures.

If death occurs in hospital:

Contact Daniel Robinson & Sons. We will either visit you at home, or you can call at our office, to discuss the funeral arrangements and advise you of registration procedures.

Our offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. A Duty Manager is available at all other times to provide a 24-hour service.
